Terms of Service

• Account — your personal user account in the service.
• Credit — a unit that allows one visualization generation attempt.
• Package — a paid bundle of credits.
• Project — a set of images and settings created from one uploaded photo.
• Source image — the photo you upload.
• Variant — an AI-generated image produced from your source image and selections.

You can create an account with an email address and password or by signing in with Google. You must confirm your email address before using paid features.

Eligible new users may receive one free promotional credit. Free promotional credits are limited and may be withheld where we reasonably detect repeated use, abuse, fraud, or attempts to circumvent promotional limits. Creating another account does not guarantee another free credit, free promotional credits have no cash value, and withholding one does not prevent you from purchasing paid credits or using the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from My Account. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

You upload a photo of a house, choose materials, colors and finishes, and the service uses AI image models to render how those choices could look on that house.

AI-generated visualizations are illustrative only and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute architectural, engineering, construction or professional advice and should not be used as technical documentation.

Results depend heavily on photo quality, lighting and perspective. We do not guarantee that a specific result, style or level of accuracy will be achieved.

Packages are sold in sizes of 8, 16 and 32 credits, priced in U.S. dollars and shown before purchase. One credit equals one generation attempt.

Credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credit is restored to your balance automatically.

Payments for U.S. customers are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number, CVC or bank credentials — that data is handled by Stripe.

Credits are added to your balance only after the payment provider confirms that the payment has been completed. For delayed payment methods, credits appear once the payment actually succeeds.

Prices are shown in USD. Any taxes required by law are handled as indicated during checkout.

Automatic credit restoration for technical failures, the 14-day satisfaction guarantee and any statutory rights are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you own the photo or otherwise have the right to upload it and to have it processed as described here.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store your photos and to process them — including sending them to our AI processing provider — solely to operate the service for you: generating variants, showing them to you, and letting you download them.

We do not use your photos or generated variants in marketing or public materials without your separate, explicit consent.

• photos of identifiable people uploaded without their consent, and portrait, ID or document images
• content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights
• content you have no right to upload
• attempts to bypass credit limits, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these rules.

You may use the variants you generate, including in connection with your own property — for example when talking to a contractor, designer or supplier.

AI-generated output may be similar to output produced for other users, and its copyright status may be limited or unclear under applicable law. We therefore do not guarantee exclusivity or copyright protection in generated variants.

We work to keep the service available, but it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

We may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what you have already paid for, we will inform you and, where appropriate, offer a refund of unused credits.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including construction, renovation or purchasing decisions made on the basis of a generated visualization.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland, where the Operator is established.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your place of residence.

We may update these Terms. The version accepted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
